Palladium USA Begins Construction on 327-Unit McKinney Multifamily Community

Palladium USA has commenced construction on Palladium Craig Ranch, a 327-unit multifamily community located across from Lifetime Fitness in the Craig Ranch Town Center in McKinney. The four-story residential development will occupy approximately 4.714 acres and offer 275,466 rentable square feet of housing, with units ranging from efficiency homes to three-bedroom residences averaging 842 square feet.

The community's extensive amenity package includes a resort pool and courtyard with tanning ledges, private cabanas, a hot tub spa, BBQ grills, and various seating areas. An activity courtyard will feature a fenced dog park with a pet drinking fountain, a Bocce Ball court, a bag toss area, and fire table seating. Additional amenities consist of a clubroom, leasing center, a fourth-floor Sky Lounge, a Dog Spa, a state-of-the-art fitness center with a Yoga room, mailroom lounge, smart lockers, bike storage, and workspace pods. Interior home features will include energy-efficient stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, wood-style flooring, Wi-Fi controlled thermostats, and accessible layouts.

Tom Huth, President and CEO of Palladium USA, confirmed the project's progress, stating, "We closed on March 3rd, and construction began. Palladium Craig Ranch represents the high-quality housing and long-term investment that aligns with our mission and growth." The project was financed with a HUD 221(d)4 construction-to-permanent loan provided by Gershman Investment Corp, with equity from Dallas-based Phoenix Capital and Palladium USA. David Craig, Founder and Master Developer of Craig Ranch, noted that Palladium Craig Ranch represents the final urban residential site in the Craig Ranch Town Center, which is home to the Corporal R.D. Foster Veterans Memorial Park. Project partners include HEDK Architecture, Cross Engineering, and Brownstone Construction, which is serving as general contractor in partnership with Operation Community Care Living. Located at 7909 Collin McKinney Parkway, McKinney, TX 75070, preleasing for Palladium Craig Ranch is scheduled to begin mid-2027, with the first units expected to deliver in Summer 2027. This development marks Palladium USA's tenth multifamily project currently under construction, with others located in San Antonio, Dallas, Mesquite, Lewisville, and Fort Worth. The company, which focuses on long-term neighborhood impact and resident experience, partners with local governments, housing finance agencies, and community organizations.
