The DFW Car & Toy Museum in Fort Worth is currently drawing attention with its display of a meticulously customized 1930 Ford Model A five-window coupe, part of the Ron Sturgeon Collection. This street rod, powered by a 302ci V8 engine, stands as a vibrant example of the American tradition of car customization, merging historical charm with modern performance enhancements.

Technical details of the hot rod reveal the craftsmanship involved in its creation. The vehicle features a Z'd, partially boxed frame with Model B-style front suspension and disc brake spindles, alongside ladder bars and coil overs at the rear for improved stability. Under the hood, the engine, rebuilt in 2018, is equipped with Billet Specialties valve covers, billet pulleys, MSD ignition, Patriot headers, and dual Edelbrock carburetors.
